Thank you to our club member Julius, who taught gymnastics to our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu kids class on September 19th.

The kids had a great time.  They really enjoyed learning some fancy tricks and also were very impressed with Julius showing his flips & aerials (No handed cartwheels.)
