Roy Harris BJJ Seminar Nov. 1st and 2nd

We are having Mr. Roy Harris in Calgary Saturday and Sunday, November 1st and 2nd 2008 for a two-day seminar. For those of you that don’t know, Mr. Roy Harris is a 4th degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His seminars are geared towards anyone learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from the beginner to advanced practitioner. You will go away with tons of information. Roy Harris starts with simple fundamental techniques and builds off of that.

The seminar will be on the triangle choke one day and the knee bar the second day. These are two of Roy’s most renowned submissions.
