Successful John Kavanaugh Seminar!

he seminar with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt John Kavanaugh July 2nd at BDB and July 6th at the Cranbrook BJJ club was a great success. In Calgary John ran an MMA clinic from 4:00-6:00pm with our MMA fighters and then a BJJ seminar in Calgary and Cranbrook in the evening with a larger group. John has a fantastic style of teaching where he incorporates lots of drills and technique together which makes the session fun and effective. John's style of guard and sweeps are what he focussed on and everyone had a great time. John Kavanaugh teaches out of his own club in Dublin, Ireland.
