Bas Rutten Seminar @ BDB Martial Arts

The Bas Rutten Seminar had an excellent level of attendance. Included in this attendance were several high level MMA fighters. This gave everyone a chance to train with highly skilled competitors, creating a great atmosphere for all those who attended.

Bas provided a lot of information on both technique & training methods, this event gave everyone a glimpse at what it is like to train with Bas Rutten. It was very easy to see why Bas has been able to build such a great career in MMA as a fighter, trainer, and commentator.

It was evident from the looks on people's faces that everyone gained a lot of information and had a great time!!
