How to Get Started Today

ONE WEEK FREE:

Thank you for inquiring about our classes at BDB Martial Arts.  I suggest coming out and trying our one week free trial period in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai / Kickboxing to see how you like our facility and instruction.

WHAT WE OFFER:

As a member you can come to as many classes we have to offer as often as you want.  Check out our detailed schedule for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai/Kickboxing, Wrestling, MMA, Women's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Children's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class times.

WHEN TO COME:

For Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, it is usually best to come out on a Monday or Wednesday from 6:30 – 8:15pm for your first time.  For Kickboxing / Muay Thai classes it is best to come out on a Tuesday or Thursday from 6:30 – 8:00pm and Saturday from 12:30 – 2:00pm for your first time. Please do not be late arriving for your class times. Show up at least 10 minutes early so you have time to fill out the waiver form, change and speak to the person at the front desk.

WHAT TO BRING:

For your one week trial period we suggest you wear shorts and t-shirt. Training is done in bare feet, no shoes are allowed past the front entrance of the club for members or visitors. Bring your own water bottle or you can purchase water and sport drinks at the club. Please remove jewelry before training.
